My wallet cannot open, stuck in the taskbar

Hi all,

My wallet cannot open after the loading screen, it still stuck in the taskbar. Here are the details:



I tried to open by "Run as Administrator", or go to bin folder and use command-line with "--resetguisettings", even with sfc /scannow and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth, none of them working.

My os information: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 17134) (17134.rs4_release.180410-1804)

Please help me. Thank you

Heya, what does it show in C:\users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Crown ??
